These sessions are exclusively available to our past Move Over Mess clients in the Milwaukee area, because we know your home, your systems, and your unique lifestyle. You’ve already experienced the transformation, and maintenance ensures that feeling stays with you all year long!

Keep Your Systems Thriving
Our maintenance packages are for one full year and include either quarterly or bi-monthly sessions with two members of our team. Each visit lasts 4–6 hours, which is enough time to refresh your spaces, fine-tune your systems, and get everything flowing smoothly again.
Because we already built your organizing foundation, maintenance sessions are efficient, focused, and tailored specifically to the spaces we’ve touched within the past 12 months. You don’t need to guide us, and you don’t even need to be home.
You get to return to a refreshed, reset home without lifting a finger!
INvestment: $80/hour for each organizer
What We Do During Maintenance Sessions
Every home shifts over time, and our job is to help it shift gracefully. During each session, we:
Integrate new items into your existing systems
Refresh and refine spaces that feel a bit full
Adjust for seasonal changes or life transitions
Update labels to keep everything clear and functional
Remove donations, recycling, and trash
Restore the calm, clean, organized feeling you loved after your initial project
We do not typically bring new organizing products to maintenance appointments, but we always bring our label makers to keep everything polished and easy to navigate.
Our goal is simple: to help you feel calm, happy, and relieved—every time you walk through your home.
Investment & Payment Structure
Because maintenance is available only to past clients, we offer discounts when you purchase recurring monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or yearly packages. Typically we offer 5% off our standard hourly rates as a thank you for trusting us with your home.
Packages are paid 50% upfront and 50% halfway through the year, keeping things simple and predictable.
