Part-Time Organizer: Team Member
Organizers will work on a per-project basis, and paid an hourly rate, to execute projects in clients’ homes.
Your qualifications:
You are ORGANIZED! You appreciate organization and the benefits it provides to everyday life, even if you aren’t a skilled organizer with any past experience just yet.
You are CREATIVE, and able to think outside of the box. You can use this creativity to help come up with functional and beautiful solutions for our clients.
You are PERSONABLE, trustworthy, dependable, optimistic, and fun. You love working with people and can communicate well with clients while maintaining professionalism. It’s our job to make organizing fun, while empowering our clients to maintain their new systems we create.
You are FLEXIBLE and love to learn new things. You show a growth mindset during challenges. You are willing to learn the Move Over Mess process to keep projects on-brand.
You are a great TEAMMATE, and you know how to take direction and feedback from the team lead. You enjoy being a ‘worker bee’ and you get a job done efficiently, while giving it your best effort.
What you will do:
Work with clients in their homes, as a part of our organizing team, to create customized organizing systems for their lifestyle, as planned by the team lead.
You may also be asked to help team leads with administrative tasks behind-the-scenes.
You will need to be available one to three days per week, between the hours of 8:00 - 4:00 pm. No nights, no weekends.
You will lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use a small step stool, and handle a very active 6 hours in clients’ homes.
You are a Milwaukee-area local, and have your own reliable transportation, ready to commute across greater Milwaukee to serve our clients.
This is a part-time W2 position, paid hourly, and is project-based.
Part-Time Organizer: Team Lead
Organizers will work on a per-project basis, and paid an hourly rate, to execute projects in clients’ homes.
Your qualifications:
You are ORGANIZED! You appreciate organization and the benefits it provides to everyday life. Past experience as a professional organizer is preferred but not required. Attention to detail is extremely important for our Team Leads.
You are CREATIVE, and able to think outside of the box. You can use this creativity to help come up with functional and beautiful solutions for our clients.
You are PERSONABLE, trustworthy, dependable, optimistic, and fun. This is another important key for our Team Leads. You love working with people and can communicate well with clients while maintaining professionalism. It’s our job to make organizing fun, while empowering our clients to maintain their new systems we create.
You are FLEXIBLE and love to learn new things. You show a growth mindset during challenges. You are willing to learn the Move Over Mess process to keep projects on-brand.
You are a great TEAMMATE, and you don’t plan to start your own professional organizing business one day. You are a wonderful leader. You are able to juggle client interactions, the organizing job itself, and you can keep the team on task during our time-sensitive client projects.
You are a PROBLEM SOLVER at your core, and you remain calm, cool, and collected even under pressure. You are aware of the clock and can focus on the end-goal, while also tending to every detail.
What you will do:
Work with clients in their homes, leading our organizing team, to create customized organizing systems for their lifestyle.
You may also be assisting the owner with project planning, product purchasing, inventory management, or consultations.
You will need to be available one to three days per week, between the hours of 8:00 - 4:00 pm. No nights, no weekends.
You will lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use a small step stool, and handle a very active 6 hours in clients’ homes.
You are a Milwaukee-area local, and have your own reliable transportation, ready to commute across greater Milwaukee to serve our clients. You also have a large enough vehicle to haul products to and from client homes.
This is a part-time W2 position, paid hourly, and is project-based.
