We hired Move Over Mess to help us organize my Mother's apartment. Following a stroke, we had to quickly move her from her primary home to an ADA compliant apartment. We never really organized her belongings in a way that made sense. Julia and her team helped us declutter and organize her belongings in a way that made sense for my mom, and even more importantly they were accessible to her.

I can't say enough good things about Move Over Mess. Not only are they kind, they are incredibly efficient, fast-moving and don't overlook anything.

Julia was kind enough to create an inventory guide for our family so that when different members are helping her get things out of her crafting supplies, we know exactly where to go. This has been a life-saver, and is key to helping my Mom living happily and independently.

We will be hiring her again to address other areas of my Mom's apartment. Truly worth every penny of the investment. I wish we would have done this sooner!

Julia transformed my basement from a chaotic storage area to a well organized livable space.

She came initially and reviewed what our ideas were. She did two days of organizing with assistants and TRULY TRANSFORMED this space. My advice to any one on the fence is, don’t think twice about it. Even if it means sacrificing something else this organized space will give you so much happiness and mental clarity it will be worth it- it is like taking a vacation in your own home. I was very torn about getting someone to organize MY basement, but figured with a busy career and family commitments I just didn’t have the bandwidth. In retrospect this was a NO BRAINER!

We know exactly where everything is in our basement as each bin is labeled. She made a cute reading corner with all the books and shelves we had, and being a Mom her self every single book is indexed to age and topic. She transformed one corner to a craft area for the kids. We even have a ping pong table now! This is one of the favorite areas in our home!
